Reporting to the Head of Supply Chain, you will be responsible for: Implementing product development strategy devised in collaboration with merchandising and design functions. Ensuring alignment of product development/sourcing strategy with financial, technical, and sustainability goals. Managing the portfolio of external vendors to drive quality and on time delivery without cost escalations. Identifying and developing key vendors. Working closely with vendors to significantly reduce quality claims. The personal and professional development of your team. The Successful Applicant To apply successfully to this opportunity, you will have: At least 12 years of prior experience with footwear product development and sourcing. A thorough understanding of the footwear development and manufacturing process. Prior team management experience is a must. Excellent communication/inter-personal skills.
