The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and growing the sales function for PDS across the country, driving revenue generation, and nurturing and establishing strong client relationships. This role requires a strategic mindset, excellent leadership skills, and a deep understanding of the commercial real estate and construction industry in India.Strategic DirectionDo you see yourself as a strategic thinker? To build lasting connection with our clients, you\xe2\x80\x99ll identify and work around their needs and constraints. Additionally, you\xe2\x80\x99ll be in charge of retaining new business contacts and repeat businesses from occupier, new investors or landlord clientsDeveloping the Future and Unlocking business opportunitiesDoes new business light a fire in you? You will focus on building existing client relationships and developing new associations to grow the business across sectors (established + emerging sectors). We are looking for a technically-focused leader to drive and grow business growth via building pipeline across sectors and focus on growing transactions along with accounts clients. An exceptional leaderThis role demands high-level management skills\xe2\x80\x94that\xe2\x80\x99s why an ideal candidate should have a degree in relevant design- or construction-related discipline, with a minimum of 15 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in sales, design, construction and project management, in leading large and upscale projects, as well as projects within your local geography and the wider Asia Pacific market.Are you an effective decision maker? In this role, you should be able to make tough decisions to win more clients.We are also looking for someone with a solid background in the project development cycle including business model/ fee matrix, pricing, feasibilities, design management, project management, cost management and construction.
