The Employee will be responsible for the development and implementation of sales & marketing strategies in order to exploit the market potentials. Moreover, he will be accountable for expanding Doka\'s presence in the Indian market and will be responsible for managing sales, sales targets, development of a robust marketing strategy profitability management and strategy implementation, in addition to leadership responsibility for the Sales Team across India & SAARC Countries. Moreover, the incumbent will be driving local sales and margin goals and enabling the sales team to perform at higher levels, while being an active part of the Country Leadership Team & will also will focus on PR & external/internal communication, social media and event management. The Employee will also be responsible for positioning and management of the Doka brand in the Indian market.
