Job Description


As the Head of Sales, you will be responsible for crafting and executing a comprehensive sales strategy aimed at achieving our revenue objectives and broadening our market reach. You will lead a dedicated sales team, manage key accounts, and build lasting relationships with hotel partners, corporates, and industry stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Sales Leadership:
  • Develop and implement a robust sales strategy aligned with CYC Group\xe2\x80\x99s business goals in the events, hotels, and hotel onboarding sectors.
  • Identify and capitalize on growth opportunities and market trends to drive revenue and market share.
  • Establish sales targets, KPIs, and performance metrics for the sales team.
  • Team Management and Development:
  • Lead, mentor, and inspire a high-performing sales team.
  • Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations to enhance team skills.
  • Promote a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth.
  • Client Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key hotel partners, event organizers, and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate and close high-value deals with new and existing clients.
  • Ensure exceptional client satisfaction and promptly address any issues or concerns.
  • Market Expansion and Onboarding:
  • Oversee the event and hotel onboarding process to ensure seamless integration and strong partnerships.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the hospitality and event management sectors.
  • Collaborate with the Business Development team to expand the network of partners.
  • Performance Monitoring and Reporting:
  • Monitor sales performance and analyze data to inform strategic decisions.
  • Prepare and present regular reports on sales activities, achievements, and challenges.
  • Utilize insights to refine sales strategies and improve outcomes.
  • Collaboration and Coordination:
  • Work closely with other departments (e.g., marketing, operations, business development) to align sales strategies with overall business objectives.
  • Participate in cross-functional projects and initiatives to drive business growth.
  • Represent CYC Group at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Business, Marketing, Hospitality Management, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 10 years of sales experience in the hotel industry or BFSI sector, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Excellent negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
  • Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
