job detailsWe Have a opening for Head - Sales and Marketing of Diesel Generator Business Group(DGBG) Position:Head-Sales & Marketing (Sr.GM / AVP / VP) Placement: Chennai Age:Early to Mid 40\'s Experience in Machinery Equipment Sales (preferably Electrical category ) Senior Level Sales experience of min.5 years(atleast DGM Level) and overall Sales experience of minimum 15 years. Profile: Responsible for Revenue of the Diesel Generator Business. To lead and drive the Channel Sales and Direct Sales functions. Requirements: Good Customer Contacts(End-Users),Dealers and Market Connections. Experience in Branch / Zone Business Operations and Team Handling. South Region Market sales experience Experience in Direct Sales & Channel Management. Technical orientation & Solution selling Updated with latest market trends(business landscape,product bench marking,competition analysis,market potential,geographical understanding etc.) Good Commercial knowledge Administrative experience Team Management experience Communication & Presentation Skills.(Soft skills) Language Proficiency- English,Tamil and Hindi Good Commercial knowledge Pan India Market Sales experience (or atleast Zonal level) Team management experience.
