###### Role and Responsibilities:
o 15+ years of experience in Sales and BD (IT, ITES and Contingent Work Force). o Previous experience as a sales head, consistently meeting or exceeding targets. o Proactively create demand for Offshore / onshore engineering and IT solutions. o Must have an existing network of prospective clients to close the deals quickly and must be target oriented. o Should have IT talent deployment exposure with business sectors like: Financial Institutions, Manufacturing Comapnies, Product Companies, Healthcare, etc. o Ability to build direct relations with Decision Makers. o Experience working with Direct Clients/ Tier 1 Client / Prime Vendors / Implementation Partners / MSPs. o Experience working as a Delivery Manager to manage recruiting efforts is highly preferred. o Proven successful sales record in the IT Consulting Industry. o Consistent track record of meeting and exceeding sales expectations. o Strong presentation and closing skills. o Knowledge of lead generation, nurturing and converting a potential lead to appointments. o Strong secondary/internet research skills, In-depth knowledge of the industry and its current even. o Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques. o Excellent time management and organization skills. o Good experience in contract staffing and providing SOW based solutions to clients. o Ability to handle multiple priorities and Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. o Competencies expected: Very high market knowledge intelligence; People Executive Relationships o Go-Getter Dealmaker skills; Strong Effective communication o Self-motivated with a results-driven approach o Responsible for achievement of revenue target and management business objectives o Plans and implements growth plans for IT services / captive clients. o Directs the management of sales and sales support activities for staff members to implement growth plans and sales activities. o Develop and implement marketing, sales, and business development plan to exceed target levels. o Generate new business through strategic-based selling and managing relationships with key customers. o Formulate a business plan to support the business development process. o Strong understanding of strategic sales techniques and principles specified in the software consulting industry. o Strong leadership, supervisory, and interpersonal, oral, and written communication skills o Power-user of MS Office tools. o Strong sense of ethics and professionalism. o High level of energy, with an outgoing personality. o Ability to think outside the box.
