Experience:


Minimum of 10 years' experience in lubricant formulation, particularly in metal working fluids


#### Job Responsibility

• Lead the research and development team in the design and formulation of new metal working fluids
• Oversee the enhancement of existing product lines to improve performance, cost-efficiency, and environmental compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including manufacturing, marketing, and sales, to align R&D projects with market needs and company goals.
• Manage the entire product development lifecycle from concept through to commercialization, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.
• Develop and maintain relationships with key suppliers, academic institutions, and research organizations to stay at the forefront of industry trends and technologies.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and quality standards.
• Prepare and manage the R&D budget; provide regular reports to senior management on project status and innovation initiatives.
• Mentor and develop team members to foster a high-performing and innovative department culture.
