As the Head of Real Estate Strategy, you will work closely with the CEO's office to spearhead our expansion by identifying and securing game-changing locations for our outlets. Your role will be pivotal in shaping our footprint, driving profitability, and ensuring we're always in the right place at the right time.

• Define the Location Strategy: Develop long-term strategies for securing prime locations, considering market dynamics, customer behavior, and competitive landscapes.
• Data-Driven Insights: Leverage analytics to forecast footfall, revenue potential, and market trends to make informed decisions.
• Stakeholder Alignment: Work closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Operations, Finance) to align expansion plans with broader business goals.Scout for Gold: Identify high-potential sites in Tier 1 and Tier 2 cities that align with our brand and customer demographics.
• Own the Deal: Lead complex negotiations with landlords and property owners to secure long-term leases with the best terms possible.

• Educational Pedigree: MBA from a Tier 1 institute (IIT/IIM or equivalent).
• Proven Vision: 3-6 years of experience in real estate strategy, business development, or a high-stakes negotiation role.
• Master Negotiator: Exceptional interpersonal skills to secure the best deals and build lasting relationships.
• Analytical Powerhouse: A data-driven decision-maker with strong strategic thinking and forecasting abilities.
• Relentless Drive: Passionate about growth, with the ability to travel extensively and hustle until the mission is complete.
