Job Description

Overview: As the Head of Quality, you will be responsible for leading the QA team and ensuring that all products and services meet or exceed the company\'s quality standards. You will work closely with other teams to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to enhance overall quality across the organization. You will also drive the culture of automation within the teams, create a plan to automate all QA processes across all products and will drive the implementation phase. Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QA policies and procedures to ensure that all products and services meet or exceed quality standards.
• Create and manage a testing and validation program to ensure that products and services are thoroughly tested and validated before release.
• Institutionalize a culture of automation and implement automation in all aspects of quality assurance across all projects/products.
• Lead and manage the QA team, providing coaching and support to team members as needed. And, as a member of Leadership Team, contribute to and implement business/organizational strategies.
• Work with other teams, including engineering, product management, and operations, to identify areas for improvement and develop strategies to address them.
• Develop and maintain a quality metrics program to track and report on product and service quality.
• Manage the budget for the QA team and ensure that all resources are used effectively.
• Develop and maintain relationships with external partners and vendors to ensure that all products and services meet or exceed quality standards.
• Represent RM in external stakeholder (including customers) meetings from a quality perspective
• Monitor industry trends and best practices to ensure that the company\'s quality standards remain competitive and relevant.

• At least 12 years of experience in QA leadership (technical or managerial) roles.
• Strong knowledge of QA methodologies, tools and processes.
• Proven Track record of successfully implementing automation in QA processes.
• Experienced in implementing non-functional testing strategies and tools.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills and has worked with cross-functional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Proven track record of delivering high-quality products and services.
• Experience working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
