Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Head of Projects to lead the construction of Water Engineering projects in India. The ideal candidate will have a degree in Civil Engineering, with a proven track record in managing water infrastructure projects, including water treatment plants (WTP), sewage treatment plants (STP), pipelines, and overhead reservoirs (OHR).

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee end-to-end project lifecycle, from planning to execution, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to quality standards.
• Develop and manage project plans, budgets, and schedules, ensuring optimal resource allocation and cost control.
• Coordinate with design, procurement, and construction teams for seamless project execution.
• Monitor compliance with regulatory and safety standards throughout the project.
• Lead stakeholder communication, including contractors, vendors, and government authorities.
• Implement risk management strategies to mitigate project delays and cost overruns.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering.
• Extensive experience in managing WTP, STP, pipelines, and OHR projects.
• Strong expertise in project planning, budgeting, and resource management.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Comprehensive knowledge of industry regulations and safety practices.

Experience: Minimum 10-15 years in water infrastructure projects

Pay: ?2,400,000.00 - ?3,600,000.00 per year
