We offer products, solutions, and services across the entire energy value chain.Your new role - exciting and future-oriented : Head of Project ManagementThe Head of the Project Management is responsible for the overall project management office function, providing leadership, coordination and management of PMO processes. Under the direction of the EU Head ( RC IN SE GS -SV), the Head of PM will lead the group responsible for tools, processes and capability of the PM function.Role and the challenge:

• Lead the PM department designed to help achieve better quality, consistency and oversight of projects across a broad portfolio of projects.
• Integrates within the Siemens PM community to support best practice implementation
• Create, conceptualize and drive the approach for process execution of projects
• Implement, drive and monitor Project Excellence @ Siemens Energy
• Set standards for project manager capabilities including certification under Project Excellence @ Siemens Energy Frame work
• Drive Risk Management & Claim Management Processes through reliable reporting and governance
• Provide ongoing motivation, coaching, guidance, feedback and mentor support to the team
• Set annual performance targets for individuals and the project team and conduct performance reviews
• Develops and coordinate project & SV segment reviews, KPIs, health checks and facilitate the project review process.
• Coordinates and oversees special projects that run as temporary initiatives to augment normal business operations and help drive change and growth
• Performs other duties as required.
• Foster a culture of continuous improvement of costing model system, process procedure
• prepare, implement, and monitor the annual budget to ensure that budget targets are met, that revenue flows are maximised and that fixed costs are minimised.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders. Acting as the key contact for the customer and an escalation point for project issues.
• Lead Siemens Energys core values of safety.

We dont need superheroes, just super minds:

• Bachelors of Science in Engineering or other related Field
• Proven experience in a project management and technical field, minimum 5 years as a Head of Project Management.
• Experience in Power Generation industry Project Management
• Ability to manage numerous complex tasks in a matrix environment
• Knowledge of planning and cost management principles and applications
• Strong verbal, written, analytical and interpersonal skills
• Exceptional organizational and control skills
