:Join our TeamAbout this opportunityWe are looking for a Head of People Business Partners to drive our People story to secure a positive people experience that makes it easy for us to focus on our business and our customers. In this role you will integrate our People Philosophies that provide us with the visibility and clarity to understand how we make people related decisions. This will be accomplished through close partnership with the Business leadership, developing a deep understanding of the business, and its strategic objectives and by leveraging full breadth of the function.You will lead a team of experienced People Business Partners (PBP) and collaborate with various Subject Matter Experts (SME) & Global People Business Partner.What you will be expected to do:

  • Effectively Partner with Business Leadership and collaborate with SME teams to craft and execute Talent strategy for the business.
  • Drive all the complexities and changes within People function as a change agent and ensure all global and local change management plans are smoothly implemented.
  • Formulate career development plans and encourage growth and advancements among our Talent in line with business direction.
  • Lead Talent Attraction efforts in collaboration with Talent Acquisition and Ensure our hiring, onboarding and orientation procedures are effective for diverse groups.
  • Work closely in the area of Workforce planning and analytics - by having a full grip on Key people metrics.
  • Manage pay and recognition related matters such as Annual Salary Review, Promotions, Rewards and Recognition, Key Contributor and Impact Award plans and continue contributing to Total Rewards space.
  • Drive the Employee Satisfaction Surveys (VOICE) and adequately work on the Action Planning.
  • Influence diversity standard methodologies & inclusion programs.
  • Engage the People team (People Business Partners) in all executions and achieve operational efficiencies in delivering all people processes.
  • Be part of India People Function Leadership team and take charge of programs & projects, process changes, improvement plans on ways of working.
To be successful in this role:
  • Support Business Strategy by helping business leaders to identify, prioritize, and build organizational capabilities, behavior, structures, and processes in large, complex global company with a matrix reporting environment.
  • Encourage and support competence growth and career advancement through identification of competency gaps and supporting a buy/build strategy.
  • Influence diversity and inclusion programs and challenge leaders to identify and differentiate the people who make the most significant impact through Pay and Impact Awards
  • Balance annual salary budgets for unit, consistency to local conditions and drive base pay and long-term variable program according to global guidelines.
  • Manage M&A and Divestments: From Due diligence to transition, transformation and integration.
You will bring:
  • Post Graduate Degree from a reputed B School in Human Resources Management or equivalent.
  • Minimum 15 years of experience in a senior HRBP/PBP/SME role, managing a scale and complexity of ~5000 head count.
  • A combination of strategic mindset and an ability to excel operationally.
  • In depth knowledge of HR function.
  • Understanding of local labour laws and legislation.
