Job Title: Head of Operations
Location: Ludhiana, Punjab

Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Head of Operations to oversee our daily operations, ensuring efficiency and smooth workflow. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management, attention to detail, and a passion for fashion.

Responsibilities:

Daily Operations & Strategy:

• Supervise and coordinate all operational activities.
• Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
• Monitor operational budgets and expenses.

Supply Chain, Inventory & Logistics:

• Manage procurement, storage, and distribution of products.
• Maintain optimal inventory levels.
• Coordinate with suppliers for timely deliveries.

Compliance & Quality Control:

• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards.
• Implement quality control procedures.
• Conduct regular audits and address quality issues.

Cross-Departmental Collaboration:

• Work closely with marketing, sales, and finance teams.
• Facilitate cross-departmental projects and promote open communication.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting:

• Track operational performance using KPIs.
• Prepare and present performance reports to senior management.

Team Leadership & Development:

• Provide guidance and support to team members.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.

Health & Safety Management:

• Develop and enforce health and safety policies.
• Conduct regular safety training and ensure compliance.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of proven experience in operations management, preferably in fashion or retail.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in inventory management systems and ERP software.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field (preferred).
