Develop, Implement, and maintain effective production schedule and plans to meet manufacturing targets and customer demands. 2. Work closely with sales and marketing teams to forecast production needs and ensure proper inventory levels are maintained to meet customer order. 3. Collaborate with suppliers to source and procure raw materials, ensuring timely delivery and consistent quality. 4. Establishing and maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiating favourable terms and conditions, including price, lead time, and quality. 5. Continuously monitor and evaluate supplier performance and conduct periodic supplier reviews to ensure adherence to agreed-upon standards. 6. Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement strategies to optimize procurement processes, minimize waste and reduce production coast. 7. Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, materials usage, and procurement activities, using appropriate software systems. 8. Coordinate with other department, such as production quality control, Maintenance, Operation, and logistics, to resolve any issues related material availabilities or quality. 9. Stay informed abut industry trends, market condition, and new technology related to Vacuum system, process equipment and foods and beverage to insure competitive and innovation. 10. Strong knowledge of projects process equipment, or relevant industry & supply chain processes. 11. Excellent negotiation and communication skills to establish and maintain relationship with suppliers and internal stakeholders. Required Skills: 1. Work experience as Operation Manager or similar role. 2. Knowledge of organizational effectiveness and operation management. 3. Degree in Mechanical Engineer. 4. 8-10 years of experience in operations management, with at least five to eight years of experience in a leadership role.
