Job Description


Mission
To successfully establish and grow our non-cardiac operations, ensuring they are built on the same principles of excellence, patient care, and operational efficiency that have made AHI a leader in cardiac care.Responsibilities

  • Strategic Development and Expansion. Lead the strategic planning, development, and implementation of certain non-cardiac specialties. Ensure the setup of appropriate facilities, equipment, and staffing for these new departments.
  • Marketing and Business Development. Work closely with the marketing team to develop and implement business strategies to generate patient volume for non-cardiac services through direct-to-consumer marketing, referral programs, corporate partnerships, TPAs, and other channels.
  • New Build Project Management. Oversee the design and execution of the physical space and procurement of medical equipment for new non-cardiac specialties. Ensure all facilities meet regulatory standards and support optimal clinical workflows.
  • Talent Acquisition and Staff Development. Collaborate with HR to recruit top-tier medical professionals, technicians, marketing leads, and support staff specific to the new specialties. Develop training and development programs to ensure high levels of competency and engagement among the workforce.
  • Quality and Compliance Management. Ensure all non-cardiac operations comply with applicable healthcare regulations including JCI and NABH standards. Develop a proactive compliance and risk management culture.
  • Financial Oversight. Develop and manage the budget with the help of the finance department for non-cardiac operations, ensuring financial sustainability through cost controls, revenue optimization, and resource allocation. Achieve financial goals while maintaining quality care.
Outcomes
In your first year with us, you will achieve the following:
  • Successfully establish at least two new non-cardiac specialties with fully operational facilities and trained staff.
  • Ensure financial sustainability by generating a positive contribution margin from non-cardiac specialties within 12 months.
  • Build a robust referral network and achieve targeted patient volumes through strategic marketing and partnerships.
  • Maintain 100% compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards for new specialties.

Requirements
  • Experience in senior operational leadership roles, demonstrating a proven track record of managing and leading large teams effectively.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in operational management, with a significant portion in a hospital setting.
  • MBA or MHA degree
