Head Of Network Operations & Sales (Ed-Tech)

Location : Ludhiana

Responsibilities:

• Managing multiple locations, both front end and backend, flawlessly.
• Complete knowledge of and passion for three pillars of this vertical ; Academic Results , Operational Excellence and Enrolment Growth
• Implementing measures to enhance footfall/queries and conversion of students through the team of Counselors, Coordinators and Branch Managers.
• Working closely with the marketing and promotion team to design and implement effective promotion and awareness campaigns for the target market.

Required Skills:

• 10+ years of experience in relevant roles (preferred experience in the education sector).
• A front-line leader with effective communication and interpersonal skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

• Ludhiana District, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Education:

• Bachelor's (Preferred)

Experience:

• Ed-Tech Sales: 10 years (Preferred)
