Job Title: Head of Marketing Operations Location: Delhi About the client: A leading organisation and a well known brand in the Consumer space. Reporting structure: This position reports to the Managing Director. About the Role: The position would be in charge of the group\'s entire marketing operations at the corporate level, as well as collaborating on overall business revenue growth. Key Responsibilities:
Ensuring that the marketing function drives the quick scaling up of the Business.
Create and maintain the brand image and market share for the business and all the products that will be a part of the product portfolio.
Plan and drive new product development initiatives to ensure continued value enhancement of the brand and product portfolio.
Oversee the execution of all marketing and brand related activities for the brand and product portfolio.
Ensure continuous enhancement of customer experience for the brand and product portfolio.
Key Qualifications:
MBA, Premium Institute preferred, experience of 18-20 years.
Preference would be given to candidates with backgrounds in the consumer electronics, paints, adhesives, tyres, lubricants, and building materials industries.
Candidate would be required to work closely with Promoter Family Members.
Must have key Marketing competencies with respect to present & earlier stints:
Management and Control of Carpenter, Contractor, Architect, and Dealer Influencer Programs.
Development and management of thematic retail and experience centres.
Participation in Corporate exhibitions
Brand Positioning, Propositioning, Communication Development, Corporate Presentations.
Product, technical specifications, and new product development management.
Digital Marketing\'s entire value chain, relevant technologies, and applications CRM, lead generation, and performance management.
Management of Public Relations (PR)
