DESCRIPTIONThe Head of Marketing for IN Amazon Music will be responsible for developing the overall marketing strategy, messaging, positioning, and marketing activities for Amazon Music India's services and offerings. You will have the opportunity to shape and develop the brand and positioning for this growing suite of products and drive the future vision of how we bring new capabilities to the music industry. You will work closely with our core customer segments to develop messaging and marketing plans that drive a shift in perception and sustained awareness and adoption of our product. You will have the opportunity to think big, and the role requires that you are not only comfortable with ambiguity, but you thrive in it.This is a highly cross-functional role that requires close partnership across functions including Product, Industry Relations, Programming, Licensing and other cross-Amazon teams. It requires strong communication skills, both verbal and written. This role requires an analytical marketer with a strong sense for methods to align our music offerings to consumer objectives, which constantly adjust based on industry trends and feedback from customers. As an owner, you will not only define the marketing strategy, you will also need to be strong in execution of promotional campaigns.Key job responsibilities
