Our client a multination Jewellery brand is looking to hire a Head of Human Resource for their Jaipur locationResponsibilities:
Lead, mentor, and inspire HRBPs and HR Operations teams to ensure effective and proactive support to all departments and functions.
Develop strategic HR plans and policies (recruitment/training/compensation)
Work closely with HR Operations Manager and oversee all aspects of HR operations
Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy;
Design and direct a company-wide process of organizational development that addresses issues, such as succession planning, superior workforce development, key employee retention, organization design and change management;
Collaborate with senior management to identify workforce needs, succession planning, and drive initiatives to attract, retain, and develop top talent.
Drive HR digital transformation initiatives to streamline processes, improve efficiency, and enhance employee experience.
Serve as a strategic advisor to senior management on HR-related matters, ensuring HR practices comply with employment laws and regulations.
Build strong relationships with stakeholders, both internally and externally, to support business objectives and employee engagement
Qualifications:
Bachelor\'s degree in Human Resources
Proven track record of at least 10 years in HR leadership roles, preferably in a sizeable firm, with exposure to conglomerate or regional environments.
Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to inspire and develop teams to achieve organizational objectives.
Strategic thinker with a demonstrated ability to translate business needs into HR initiatives and actions.
Sound knowledge of HR practices, employment laws, and regulations in India
Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
