Define and execute end-to-end People strategy for Markets Property Asset Management (PAM)business in India
Ensure thorough execution of all people processes from engagement, talent engagement, performance management, learning and development to attrition management
Out-of-box thinking with a solution centric mind set to help business leaders solve complex people problems
Understand and take decisions around the full employee life cycle while balancing business priorities
Work with different HR Centres of Expertise (CoEs) to align people processes with best-in-class Regional and Global processes of JLL
Build strong relationships with stakeholders to be able to align business and people strategy as one
Manpower staffing, and budgeting in line with business needs, while keeping JLLs ethos and processes intact
Understanding local labour regulations to be able to guide business take appropriate decisions
Driving specific projects for PAM India along with leadership
Team development and direction to the team, both direct and indirect teams in HR, to help them succeed and build meaningful careers
Very strong ability to make informed, but quick, decisions
Develop and deliver large scale projects, which may also cover multiple countries
