As the Head of GBS,your ultimate objective is to Head the Change management, Develop, mentor, and implement plans for business unit projects- often spanning regions and organizations. As a key member, you will Execute project management processes including scope definition, scheduling, resource allocation (employees, contractors), risk management planning, cost and budget management and quality assurance. Serve as liaison among business stakeholders, technical and internal support partners to expedite project processes and ensure successful adoption of change. What you\'ll be doing Business Planning & Analysis - To include forecasting, business planning and performance analysis & KPIs reporting focus on strategic workforce planning on a global scale. Oversees Business Analyst team and Workforce Optimization project manager in support of program governance, status reporting, analytics, and automation of business stakeholder operations analysis Work with global business leaders to plan and help execute the scaling of Hyderabad GIC Partner and coordinate with Enabling functions (Finance, Procurement, IT, Communications, HR, Talent Acquisition and Admin.), Lean Six Sigma and BU Functional Managers to improve operations. Change agent: Work closely with stakeholders to identify and recommend opportunities for innovation, operational efficiencies, effectiveness, and cost optimizations. Drive results through strategy, demonstrate ability for budget forecasting and managing within budgets. Engage with business partners at a strategic level, including conceptualizing, agreeing, and driving initiatives which adds value to the business. Focus on driving continuous improvement and innovation. Must be able to drive and demonstrate true results impacting business outcomes. Enhance overall performance of the team by leveraging operational performance metrics, historical results to drive overall efficiency. Build resiliency across process to ensure continuous operations with multi location strategy. Qualifications The ideal candidate will be a seasoned, relationship-driven executive with strong commitment to leadership, an understanding of Lean and Six Sigma, Global Transformation, and a passion for people engagement, in addition to an exceptional level of dedication, motivation, and intelligence Degree Qualified in a quantitative field, an MBA would also be advantageous 15+ years of relevant experience in people management/ Consulting/ senior leadership Experience leading teams to deliver cross functional projects Exposure and experience in dealing with multinational corporate organizations Strong track record of transformation, including experience in driving global projects which leads to change across business segments. Adept at embracing changes and converting them into opportunities for the group. Strong organizational and project management skills with demonstrated ability to manage expectations and deliver on commitments. Strong executive presence with ability to engage / build relationship with senior leaders and influence outcomes. Demonstrates a high degree of reliability, integrity, and trustworthiness in all areas Consultative in approach, understanding and anticipating business needs and proactively delivering solutions Good understanding of Six Sigma, Lean, etc. and a track record of continuous improvement through usage of the above quality tools will be advantageous. Solid English communication skills, as well as a strong technical and analytical aptitude Solid track record of leading teams through change and creating employee satisfaction Exceptional dedication to create customer satisfaction Strong influencing skills.
