Committed to culinary innovation and customer-centric service, it continues to set benchmarks in the industry.Responsibilities * Develop and execute financial strategies aligned with business goals and long-term vision.

• Drive financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes.
• Provide strategic recommendations to the CEO and senior management team.
• Manage day-to-day financial operations, including accounting, financial reporting, and analysis.
• Oversee compliance with local and international financial regulations and standards.
• Lead and mentor the finance team, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate closely with other departments (such as operations, marketing, and legal) to support cross-functional initiatives and business development efforts.

Requirements * Bachelor\'s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA or CA qualification preferred.

• 8+ years of progressive experience in finance and accounting roles, ideally within the food and beverages industry or a similar fast-paced environment.
• Proven experience in financial management, strategic planning, and analysis.
• Strong understanding of financial regulations, compliance, and risk management practices.
• Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and develop a high-performing team.
• Advanced proficiency in financial software and MS Office suite.
