Company Profile:Our Client Company is Ahmedabad based organization operating for over 38 years, involved in manufacturing of Pharma Coatings & Excipients.Job Location: Near Kadi (Ahmedabad)Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure all plant equipment is regularly and effectively maintained to prevent breakdowns.
- Manage and promptly fix any equipment breakdowns.
- Maintain a stock of spare parts for all equipment.
- Plan, schedule, and assign tasks to the team, ensuring efficient use of manpower.
- Foster good working relationships with different departments and team members.
- Train the team on regulatory requirements, good engineering practices, and safety protocols.
- Ensure compliance with GMP and safety standards during all work.
- Investigate failures and implement corrective actions.
- Work to reduce budget, material loss, and energy consumption.
- Identify opportunities for automation and system improvements to boost productivity and quality.
- Oversee the selection and evaluation of engineering equipment.
- Coordinate with consultants and vendors for smooth project execution.
- Regularly update and escalate project issues to the manager.
- Manage internal and external communications.
- Forecast workload, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery.
- Handle material management, bill tracking, and document management.
- Coordinate with government authorities for necessary approvals.
