Job Description

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Electrical and Automation Head for leading a team of engineers to design, develop, and optimize cutting-edge electrical and automation systems.Reporting to the head of R&D and Engineering you will be responsible for:

• Effectively a team of electrical and automation engineers to achieve project and organizational goals.
• Developing, implementing and continuously refining electrical and automation standards, protocols and procedures.
• Ensuring adherence to industry standards, local regulations, and safety requirements across all projects and operations.
• Ensuring projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards by managing timelines, resources, and cost controls.
• Providing expert technical guidance to the team and approve critical documentation, including drawings, specifications, and system designs.
• Driving innovation by staying updated with emerging technologies and industry advancements.
• Identifying and resolving technical issues promptly to minimize project disruptions.
• Promoting a culture of continuous improvement in engineering processes and solution

• A degree in Electrical Engineering, Automation, or a related field.
• More than 15 years of experience in R&D/Engineering leading a team.
