Position: Marketing Head

Salary: Upto 15lpa

Experience: 10+ Years

Location: Noida

1. Developing Overall Social Media Strategy

2. Handling team of Content Developers to achieve Goals set out on a monthly, quarterly and yearly basis.

3. Drive Growth of the Platform digitally and generate Awareness and Brand Value of the Platform across the world.

4. Generate Leads through SMM and PPC Campaigns.

5. Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals(ROI and KPIs)

Desired Qualifications

1. Experience driving growth for technology companies in B2B & B2C industries through digital marketing campaigns. 2. Rich experience in a marketing and/or digital marketing /business role in a technology organization.

3. Sound Knowledge of Search Engine Optimization, Content Marketing, Social Media Marketing, Search Advertising, Mobile Marketing, Analytics, Lead Generation, Online Reputation Management, Ad sense, Blogging, and more.

4. Experience with PPC using Meta, Google & Linkedin Platforms

5. Ability to grow in a rapidly changing environment with excellent problem-solving, creative thinking, and analytical skills.

6. Effective communicator with a positive outlook and problem-solving skills.

Skill Set Requirement

• Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi language.
• Should be able to convert pitch into sale
• Effectively manage leads and maintain a healthy conversion rate
• Good presentation skills experience of working for b2b e-commerce platform would be preferred
