: Head of Digital Marketing
• Position Overview
The Head of Digital Marketing will lead and manage the digital marketing team to drive the company's online presence, lead generation, and customer engagement. This role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record in digital marketing, specifically within the B2B technology marketing and media sectors. The successful candidate will have at least 10 years of experience in digital marketing and be able to develop and execute comprehensive digital strategies that align with the company's business objectives.
• Key Responsibilities
- Strategy Development : Develop, implement, and manage digital marketing strategies to drive growth, brand awareness, and customer engagement.
- Team Leadership : Lead, mentor, and grow a high-performing digital marketing team.
- Campaign Management : Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of all digital marketing campaigns, including SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, content marketing, and PPC.
- Analytics and Reporting : Monitor and analyze the performance of digital marketing initiatives using analytics tools; provide regular reports and insights to senior management.
- Budget Management : Manage and allocate the digital marketing budget effectively to maximize ROI.
- Technology Utilization : Leverage marketing automation tools and CRM systems to streamline and enhance marketing efforts.
- Collaboration : Work closely with the sales, product, and customer service teams to ensure alignment and integration of marketing strategies across all departments.
- Market Research : Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in digital marketing and B2B technology marketing; conduct market research to identify new opportunities.
- Content Strategy : Oversee content creation and distribution strategies to ensure consistent and relevant messaging across all digital channels.
- Vendor Management : Manage relationships with external agencies, vendors, and partners to support digital marketing activities.
• Qualifications
- Experience : Minimum of 10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on B2B technology marketing and media.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field; a Master's degree or MBA is preferred.
- Technical Skills : Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms such as Google Analytics, Google Ads, HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.
- Leadership : Proven leadership skills with experience in managing and developing teams.
- Analytical Mindset : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Communication : Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to present complex information clearly to various stakeholders.
