Roles & Responsibilities: Define and own the design strategy, direction, and guidelines for the cross-border trading platform Collaborate with the Head of Engineering and cross-functional teams to ensure that the platform is visually appealing, user-friendly, and meets business and user needs Lead the design of the user interface (UI) and user experience (UX) for all aspects of the platform, including web and mobile interfaces Design user flows, wireframes, and prototypes to illustrate design concepts and ideas Ensure that the platform adheres to design standards, brand guidelines, and accessibility requirements Work with product managers and stakeholders to understand user requirements and translate them into design solutions Stay up to date with emerging trends and technologies in design, UX, and front-end development Hire, manage, mentor, and develop a team of designers to produce high-quality designs and collaborate effectively with other teams This Role Requires: Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree in Graphic Design, Interaction Design, or a related field 5+ years of experience in design, with a focus on web and mobile applications Proven track record of leading and managing a team of designers Expertise in UI/UX design principles, design tools, and processes Strong understanding of front-end development technologies, such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript Experience with user research, usability testing, and analytics tools Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams Strong portfolio of design work that demonstrates creativity, problem-solving skills, and attention to detail Preferred qualifications: Experience with data visualization and data-driven design Familiarity with modern design tools, such as Figma or Sketch Experience with designing for financial or trading platforms Familiarity with Agile and Scrum methodologies Strong understanding of accessibility standards and guidelines How to apply for this opportunity Register or login on our portal & fill out the application Clear the given assessment(s) and Click on \'Apply\' to get shortlisted Once completed, our team will contact you with an interview with our SME/Matcher Once it\'s all done, your profile will be shared with the client When selected, just meet the client and get your exciting career started!
