Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Content Head to lead our content team. The Content Head will be responsible for developing and implementing our content strategy, overseeing content creation and curation, and ensuring that our educational materials are of the highest quality. This senior leadership role requires a creative and strategic thinker with a deep understanding of educational content and digital learning platforms.Key Responsibilities:Content Strategy and Development:

• Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy aligned with the company\xe2\x80\x99s goals and objectives.

• Identify content needs and opportunities based on market research, customer feedback, and industry trends.

• Plan and oversee the creation of engaging, high-quality educational content across various formats (e.g., text, video, interactive media).

Team Leadership:

• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of content creators, editors, and instructional designers.

• Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.

• Provide guidance and support to ensure the team meets deadlines and quality standards.

Quality Assurance:

• Establish and maintain quality standards for all educational content.

• Review and approve content to ensure accuracy, clarity, and educational value.

• Implement feedback mechanisms to continuously improve content quality.

Collaboration and Coordination:

• Work closely with other departments, including product development, marketing, and sales, to ensure content aligns with overall company goals.

• Collaborate with subject matter experts to develop specialized content.

• Coordinate with external content providers and partners as needed.

Content Distribution and Management:

• Oversee the distribution of content across various platforms, including the company\xe2\x80\x99s website, learning management systems, and social media.

• Ensure content is accessible, user-friendly, and optimized for search engines (SEO).

• Manage the content calendar and ensure timely delivery of content projects.

Data-Driven Decision Making:

• Utilize data analytics to measure the effectiveness of content and make informed decisions.

• Track content performance and user engagement to identify areas for improvement.

• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to ensure content remains relevant and competitive.

Innovation and Continuous Improvement:

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the content team.

• Encourage the adoption of new technologies and content formats to enhance the learning experience.

• Stay abreast of educational trends, pedagogical methods, and digital learning innovations.

RequirementsQualifications:

• Proven experience in a senior content management role, preferably in the Ed-tech or educational publishing industry.

• Strong background in content strategy, creation, and management.

• Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.

• Deep understanding of educational content, instructional design, and digital learning platforms.

• Familiarity with SEO best practices and content analytics.

• Bachelor\'s degree in Education, English, Communications, or a related field (Master\'s degree preferred).
