Head Construction for Large Utility Scale Renewable Energy projects Opportunity to grow your career with a leading renewable energy company The Head of Projects will be responsible for the construction of large utility scale projects in solar and wind energy. And must be capable of handling a minimum of 5-10 projects at a time within multiple states of India. Construction Planning, preparation of construction budget, schedule, contractor management Handling a team size of 40 - 50 people (both on-roll and off-roll employees) Identification of land for solar and wind projects to assessing technical feasibility Identification of EPC and Power Evacuation contractors and do due diligence Preparation and follow up the Construction SOP, checklist and Process Conducting the Weekly and Monthly review with EPC and Evacuation contractors Visit project sites regularly to monitor and review project progress Technically should be sound on knowledge on Inverters, IDTs, Power Transformer and WTGs Preparation of scope of works, checklist, process, testing and commissioning process of the projects. The Successful Applicant B.E./B.Tech in Electrical/Mechanical/Civil is Mandatory. MBA Preferred. 15-20 years of work experience in total Spent last 5-8 years in construction of large utility scale solar & wind projects Should have executed at least 100 - 300 MW size of capacity both Solar and Wind Should have executed the EHV Transmission line of 110KV, 132KV, 220 KV and above Should have minimum technical knowledge of testing and commissioning of Solar & WTG Projects Minimum knowledge of handling of cranes with a capacity of 350 Tons and above Willing to travel across the country for 15 days a month Great communication and presentation skills What\'s on Offer Head Construction for Large Utility Scale Renewable Energy projects Opportunity to grow your career with a leading renewable energy company
