Job Description


  • Lead the country P&L for the SAAS business, with a strong focus on enterprise and upper-mid market
  • Coach and mentor the current team, while hiring new enterprise specific talent for forecasted growth
  • Developing and implementing strategic business plans for the country business
  • Leading sales initiatives and overseeing the sales team
  • Work directly with the founders and the board for the country growth
  • Forecast and own the top line and bottom line for the business
Lead the overall business for our client for IndiaMust have prior exposure in multi-tiered team management and owning P&LA successful 'Head of Business' should have:
  • At least 15 years of overall experience in enterprise and SAAS sales in the geography
  • Have a micro and macro outlook for current deal funnelling and long term strategic growth
  • Must be based out of / willing to relocate to Bangalore
  • Must have managed multi tiered teams, while owning XX million dollar quota
