Key Responsibilities:Financial Planning & Analysis: Oversee the financial planning process, including budgeting, forecasting, and long-term financial strategies to support the companys business goals.Accounting Management: Manage day-to-day accounting operations, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, general ledger, and payroll functions.Financial Reporting: Prepare and present monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to the Chairman, providing insights into financial performance, profitability, and cost control.Compliance & Taxation: Ensure that the company complies with all statutory regulations, including direct and indirect tax filings (GST, TDS, etc.), audits, and financial disclosures.Audit & Internal Controls: Lead internal and external audits, ensuring strong financial controls and processes are in place to safeguard company assets and ensure accurate financial reporting.Cash Flow Management: Monitor cash flow, optimize working capital, and ensure sufficient liquidity for day-to-day operations and future growth.Cost Control & Efficiency: Develop and implement strategies to reduce costs and improve financial efficiency across departments.Team Leadership: Lead and mentor the accounts team, providing guidance on accounting best practices, ensuring accuracy in all financial transactions, and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.Financial Strategy Development: Collaborate with the Chairman and senior management to develop and implement financial strategies that drive business growth and profitability.Vendor & Client Coordination: Work closely with vendors and clients on financial matters, ensuring timely payments and collections while maintaining strong business relationships.Qualifications:CA/ICWA/MBA (Finance) or a relevant degree in accounting or finance.10+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with at least 5 years in a leadership role.In-depth knowledge of accounting standards, financial regulations, and taxation policies in India.Proven experience in managing financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, and audits.Strong understanding of cash flow management, financial modeling, and cost control strategies.Proficient in accounting software (e.g., Tally, SAP, or other ERP systems).Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.Strong problem-solving skills and ability to provide strategic financial insights.Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks with competing deadlines.Key Competencies:Leadership and team management.Financial acumen and attention to detail.Strong organizational and time management skills.Analytical mindset with a focus on improving financial processes.Excellent communication and presentation skills.Ability to collaborate with senior management and other departments.
