• Develop and implement financial strategies & policies to achieve financial goals and objectives,

• Lead the budgeting and forecasting process,

• Monitor financial performance and provide regular reports and analysis to the team and stakeholders,

• Oversee the entire accounting process,

• Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial statements,

• Coordinate the year-end closing process and liaise with external auditors for

• Ensure Statutory compliances are followed and practiced as per the rules,

• Establish and maintain robust internal controls to safeguard the organization's assets and ensure accuracy in financial transactions,

• Implement and monitor processes to prevent fraud, errors, and discrepancies in financial records,

• Build and lead a high-performing finance and accounting team with providing training, and professional development opportunities,

• Ensure workload distribution is effectively done,

• Optimize cash utilization,

• Implement strategies to manage working capital efficiently.

• Qualified CA with 5+ years of work experience financial management and accounting role for the company with turnover of more than 50 crore,

• Strong knowledge of financial principles, accounting standards, and statutory compliance,

• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills,

• Must have worked on Tally ERP, Tally Prime,

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
