• Oversee curriculum implementation for i-CBSE ensuring high educational standards.

• Lead and mentor teachers in best teaching practices, lesson planning, and student engagement.

• Monitor student progress and implement effective learning strategies.

• Ensure smooth execution of assessments, evaluations, and academic events.

School Administration:

• Manage day-to-day operations, ensuring discipline and a structured learning environment.

• Work closely with department heads to align academic and extracurricular programs.

• Ensure compliance with CBSE guidelines, maintaining all necessary documentation.

Faculty & Staff Management:

• Train, and mentor teachers and staff.

• Conduct performance reviews and provide professional development opportunities.

• Foster a culture of teamwork, collaboration, and innovation among staff.

Student & Parent Engagement:

• Act as a bridge between students, parents, and school management.

• Address student concerns, behavioural issues, and provide necessary guidance.

Qualifications & Experience:
