JOB DESCRIPTIONPurpose: Is to support schools in improving the quality of teaching & leaving hereby teacher quality and student performance improvement. In principle, the education officer brings expertise and supports the school in transformation.You needa) Help the school in academic planning by identifying short term and long term goals for school improvement based on students needs.b) Identify teacher learning needs through classroom teacher wise observation done by the co-ordinator/ Principal.c) Plan need based teacher training in consultation with the school Principal.d) Shall identify through SWOT the quality of curriculum in place and suggest improvement and facilitate incorporation of changes.e) Lead Curriculum development to or improving the existing one for better student learning.f) Study, lesson plans, and assess their quality and practicality of classrooms using them in class room.g) Ensure that the teachers use varied strategies the resources to meet the need of engaged learning and differentiated teaching.h) Vet the question papers/ homework, assignments to ensure the high quality of question and guide paper.i) Randomly inspect notebooks, homework to guide and to ensure quality and evaluation, corrections.j) Shall attend P.T. meetings and on observer and get a feel of quality of the of the feedback being given to the parents.k) Shall conduct one to one feedback session with teachers, specifically about their teaching and its impact student performance.l) Shall review students progress with the Principal and help in planning of the any support study programmes.m) Shall lead innovation by suggesting implementable ideas.n)Shall make visit reports on the criteria to CEO, VE.o)Shall benchmark the performance of schools in Academics, sports and other curricular activities.CORPORATEa)Shall help in finalizing school calendar, events, exam schedules, and academic planning.b)Shall have a deeper understanding of the functioning of our schools.c)Shall be able to represent the school at any conferences and business meetings.d)Shall understand the vision and mission of the group.e) Shall have a deeper understanding of the business development plans.f)Shall contribute towards the strategic planning and company expansion.g)Shall contribute towards selection of educational resources.h)Shall help by contributing towards the improvement policies, procedures and processes that strengthen academic management.MANDOTORY REQUIREMENT: Should have a prior experience as a Head mistress/ Academic Coordinator of at least 5 years in Junior Grades (Pre-Nursery to Grade V).Qualification: Master's Degree + B.EdExperience: Over 10 years in Pre-Primary and Primary EducationAdditional Benefits: Accommodation, Car, and DriverFEMALE CANDIDATES ONLYAGE 32 - 45 YEARSInterested candidates please share updated resume at captains@lifeeducare.com or Whatsapp at 9669996899AnkitaManager - HR
