Marketing/PR Head- Luxury (12+, Mumbai)

: The Marketing/Pr Head will be responsible for ensuring sustainable and profitable growth whilst maximizing innovative and commercial opportunities. Also, would be responsible for leading, driving and inspiring the team to deliver outstanding customer service and achieving the financial targets set.

Client Details: Our client is an international luxury brand that opened the first boutique in Paris in 1992.The collections for both men and women combine wit, glamour, elegance and technical proficiency like no other.

Description:

- Set and continually track sales targets to ensure continued improvement within all locations

- Have an entrepreneurial approach to aid with the growth of the Business and put forward ideas to increase profitability and employee engagement

- Provide a detailed weekly report to the MD - EMEI, including sales, competitor, product and region overview & analysis

- Work with the Merchandising & Buying team to ensure the sell through targets are met
- Work with the HR Manager in recruiting, training and retaining talent within the company

- Planning and carrying out PR campaigns and strategies

- Monitoring the public and media\'s opinions

- Acting as a spokesperson for the company\'s brand

- Training employees on how to handle media enquiries and press interviews

Profile:

- Retail and Marketing experience is critical

- Astute business & commercial acumen with the ability to influence stake holders
- Strong leadership and people management skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

- Strong retail management experience, strategically focused and ambitious

- Excellent communicator, creative and solution led

- Strong IT skills
- Someone who uses initiative with a hands-on approach and the ability to prioritise

- Languages is an advantage, Arabic, French, English
