Purpose of the Position:Responsible to generate and acquisitions of deal for the companyAchieve the individual as well as a company goalJob responsibilities:Develop strategies and tactics to get the word out about our company and drive qualified traffic to our front doorDeploy successful marketing campaigns and own their implementation from ideation to executionExperiment with a variety of organic and paid acquisition channels like content creation, content curation, pay per click campaigns, event management, publicity, social media, lead generation campaigns, copywriting, performance analysisProduce valuable and engaging content for our website and blog that attracts and converts our target groupsBuild strategic relationships and partner with key industry players, agencies, and vendorsPrepare and monitor the marketing budget on a quarterly and annual basisOversee and approve marketing material, from website banners to hard copy brochures and case studiesMeasure and report on the performance of marketing campaigns, gain insight and assess against goalsAnalyze consumer behavior and adjust email and advertising campaigns accordinglyBuild marketing programs to support specific marketing objectives across different channels and segments in support of our overall strategic marketing planMarket through various channels and segment databases working with large data setsDevelop business cases for marketing programs at the proposal stage and make recommendations on marketing tacticsLead the execution of marketing programs from start to finish, driving collaboration with the stakeholders and leveraging the right internal processesStrategicTo engage with all the brokers/Agencies for effective brand transition.Design and plan the activities for efficient engagement with the targeted deals.Consistently identify and execute new trends in designated markets.Consistently build on the internal partners and self-sourcing to acquire new business and manage clients in collaboration with them. Business intelligenceKeep abreast with relevant competitor details including price movements, construction activity, key initiatives.Network effectively with peer teams and industry contacts to stay updated on key trends, developments, market dynamics and potential business opportunities. liaison with various departments to get deeper product knowledge.Support peer teams for effective deal closure, ensuring required documents (legal, billing, loans etc.) are in place and monitoring collections for designated accountsCoordinate with various departments Required Specifications:Any Graduate/ Postgraduate with Minimum 8 Years of relevant experienceExperience building complex marketing programs and reporting on the resultsExposure to digital and direct response marketingCompetence as a creative writer with an eye for great emails and landing pagesStrong project management skillsStrong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinkingAbility to travel as necessaryGood written and oral communication skills
