Job Description
The SVP - Head Marketing position is pivotal in strategizing and implementing effective marketing plans, and driving the growth and brand visibility for the insurance sector.
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that will strengthen the company\'s market presence.
- Ownership of brand, digital marketing, channel marketing, PR and communications
- Collaborate with sales and product design teams to create promotional materials.
- Lead and coordinate marketing and creative teams to promote the company\'s brand.
- Create and manage the marketing budget.
- Organize and manage marketing operations to achieve business goals.
- Monitor competition and provide ideas to stand out.
- Analyze market trends and recommend changes to marketing strategies based on analysis and feedback.
- Develop and lead a marketing team that will develop and execute new concepts, business models, channels and partners to position the company as an innovator and leader in the industry.
- 15+ years of overall experience in Marketing
- Open to Mumbai as a location
- Candidate should come with experience dealing with the marketing financial services
