- Candidate should have an overall experience of 10-13 years. Mostly in the B2C space with one stint of 2 years or more in Beauty & cosmetics- Develop and implement marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive sales.- Create annual revenue plan and quarterly Marketing plan and ensure efficient implementation of activities to achieve company targets- Create and manage a marketing budget to ensure the most effective use of resources.- Collaborate with other departments, such as product development, sales, and e-commerce to ensure alignment of marketing efforts.- Develop and implement an advertising and promotion strategy across various media channels.- Will work closely with the top-tier management team dedicated to developing and growing customer centric brands.- Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns and adjust as necessary.
