In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing and admissions strategies to attract and enroll top-tier students to our institution.Responsibilities

  • Develop and oversee a comprehensive marketing and admissions strategy aligned with the university\'s enrollment goals.
  • Lead the marketing and admissions teams in creating compelling brand messaging and recruitment materials across all digital and traditional channels.
  • Develop and manage a robust admissions process that ensures a positive and efficient experience for prospective students.
  • Analyze student demographics, market trends, and competitor data to inform marketing and admissions strategies.
  • Oversee all aspects of student recruitment, including campus tours, admissions events, and scholarship programs.
  • Manage and maintain a strong presence on social media and other online platforms to connect with prospective students.
  • Lead the development and execution of targeted marketing campaigns to reach diverse audiences.
  • Collaborate with academic departments to develop programs and initiatives that appeal to prospective students.
  • Track and measure the success of marketing and admissions efforts, generating reports and identifying areas for improvement.
  • Stay up-to-date on industry best practices in marketing and admissions for higher education.
Requirements
  • Master\'s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in a marketing and admissions leadership role within a university setting.
  • Proven track record of success in developing and implementing marketing and admissions strategies that have resulted in increased enrollment.
  • Strong understanding of the higher education landscape and current marketing trends.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing and admissions professionals.
  • Demonstrable experience in data analysis and utilizing data to inform marketing and admissions decisions.
  • Creative and strategic thinking with a results-oriented approach.
  • Maximum age of 45 years.
