-1) Position - CPaaS/ Marketing Head.2) Company - IT Firm.3) Experience - 10+ Years.4) Qualification - Bachelor\'s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; MBA preferred.5) Location - Nagpur.6) Responsibility -- Design and implement strategic marketing plans to promote our CPaaS products and services effectively.- Oversee the development and maintenance of our brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and communications.- Monitor brand performance and implement strategies to enhance brand reputation and visibility.- Lead the creation of compelling marketing content, including website copy, blog posts, whitepapers, used cases, and social media posts.- Plan and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email marketing, social media, SEO/SEM, and display advertising.- Peer Analysis: Analyze competitors\' marketing strategies, products, rates & features to identify areas for improvement & technical development.- Analyse campaign performance metrics and optimize strategies for maximum ROI.- Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.- Develop lead generation programs to drive inbound leads and nurture prospects through the sales funnel.- Collaborate with sales teams to develop effective sales enablement materials and strategies.- Coordinate and participate in industry events, conferences, and trade shows to enhance brand visibility and generate leads. Manage event logistics, including booth setup, staffing, and post-event follow-up.- Track and report on marketing expenditures and ROI to senior management.- Be the owner of our GTM strategy, and build offering, bundling, solution, promotion and / or pricing strategy to accelerate product growth in specific channels and market segments.7) Skills - - Proficiency in marketing automation tools, SEO Tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms.- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze data, identify trends, and make data-driven decisions.- Experience in the CPaaS industry or related telecommunications sector is a plus.- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and creativity.- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across dept.
