Setup & Lead the Greenfield UPVC Doors & Windows Manufacturing Plant. Excellent growth trajectory & work with MD in a high visibility role. Primary Responsibility is to manage Plant P&L, site operations, productivity improvement, projects and business development. Monitoring and ensuring smooth operation of Production, Assembly lines, Plant Maintenance, Quality, Safety, Productivity improvement, business development, Projects Driving poka yoke, kaizen, JIT and PDCA on the shop floor Driving Quality and Safety across people and processes. Managing the manufacturing operations of plant by monitoring and implementations of the annual business planning, target setting and budgeting processes through leading a team. Recommending and implementing initiatives such as new techniques and products, as well as establishing optimum product mix, shortlist vendors and purchases of new machinery. Providing developmental inputs to the top management and to ensure the effective implementation of policies, processes and systems with respect to financial planning, human resource management. Developing new process concepts for production optimization, yield improvement and develop guideline for the sequencing of manufacturing activities on the shop floor. The Successful Applicant Candidates with 20 years of experience in UPVC Doors & Windows Manufacturing with B.E/B.Tech + MBA and prior experience in leading business P&L, heading a plant with proven leadership & management skills with the ability to optimise team performance and development Excellent relationship management skills with the ability to engage, negotiate and manage key stakeholders Excellent communication, interpersonal and influencing skills Results orientated with ability to plan and deliver against deadlines Commercially and financially astute Resilient, self-motivated and able to work well under pressure What\'s on Offer In addition to an attractive compensation package, the candidate will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic & flexible environment, with a strong focus on research and innovation, aimed at achieving excellence at all levels.
