Hiring for Leading International TOY Manufacturing Company In Chennai.

Candidates with in Tamil Nadu preferred, Tamil Language must be mandatory. Hindi Preferred.

Position: Head - Manufacturing

Reporting to Vice President

Location: Chennai

Age: 40 years and above

Experience: 15 years & above in plastic products manufacturing and should have handled large

workforce with proven leadership qualities

Education: B.E / B.Tech in Plastic Technology or equivalent with MBA preferred



Provide clear leadership and vision, inspire and motivate staff to achieve excellence and mentor them as

they develop new skills. Work on strategy and drive Key Performance Indicators across all areas of the

manufacturing function to ensure that all projects are delivered on cost and on time to the highest

quality standards.

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the manufacturing facilities, including production planning,

scheduling, and resource allocation. Monitor production processes to ensure efficiency, productivity,

and profitability targets are consistently met

Develop and implement sustainability strategies and initiatives, aligning them with the organization's

goals and objectives. Conduct thorough environmental assessments and audits to identify areas for

improvement and implement best practices

Very strong verbal and written communication skills is mandatory

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?2,500,000.00 - ?3,000,000.00 per year
