Leading Real Estate Company Opportunity to work with a growing team Lead ERP and Analytics Solution Selection: Oversee the evaluation and selection of ERP and Analytics solutions to meet organizational needs. IT Business Partner for Finance: Collaborate closely with Finance, Accounts, and Taxation teams, understanding and delivering on their ERP requirements. Process Automation and Business Case: Develop \'As-Is\' and \'To-Be\' processes and a business case supporting automation initiatives. Requirement Documentation: Create project charter, requirement specs, and functional design documents for application development teams/vendors. Vendor Evaluation: Solicit proposals from vendors, engage in product evaluations, and facilitate demos and POC presentations. IT Partner Selection: Work with CIO to shortlist suitable IT partners/products through detailed assessments. Project Planning: Onboard selected IT vendor, establish a project plan, and maintain a review cadence. Testing and UAT: Conduct thorough internal testing and collaborate with business teams for User Acceptance Testing (UAT). Project Leadership: Oversee the project as a lead, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery in alignment with organizational goals. Procure-to-Pay Management: Manage the entire procurement process for products and partners. Cross-Functional Management: Foster cross-functional relationships, negotiate IT-business needs, and communicate IT direction to leadership and functional teams.
