• Production, Quality, Cost and Delivery are the key responsibilities.

• Compliance to statutory and Standards.

• Planning and Execution of routine and new products management

• Administration of ISG operations

• Inhouse and Field Quality assurance

• Co work with Engineering including ME and Test Engineer and IT

• Talent Hiring, grooming and development.

Functional / Technical Competencies:People Management, Cross function team management, Operations management including coordinating with Production, Quality, Engineering as core functions and co-work with OHS/HR/Admin and IT.Having SMT-Surface mount technology experience would be an advantage.ISO Internal/Lead auditor certification, PMP Certification preferred.Working with global leadership teamsPosition Requirements:12 + Years in Managing Manufacturing operationsBachelor's degree/Engineering in Electrical & Electronics /EEE, Electronics related Engineering. MBA in OperationsAdditional Locations:
