Experience: 6+ yearsLocation: GurgaonMode : Onsite (5 days)Skill Sets : IT Services, implementation, customized solutions, Digital Transformation services, MobilityRoles & Responsibilities:Lead Account Management: Serve as the primary point of contact for all customer account management matters.Client Relationship Building: Establish and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.Upselling and Cross-Selling: Drive upselling and cross-selling initiatives within existing India accounts, promoting Cubastion\'s offerings.Account Growth Strategy: Develop comprehensive plans to maximize account growth and unlock full potential.Trusted Advisor: Establish trusted advisor relationships with key accounts, customer stakeholders, and executive sponsors.Delivery Success: Ensure the timely and successful delivery of our solutions according to customer needs and objectives.Stakeholder Communication: Clearly communicate the progress of monthly/quarterly initiatives to internal and external stakeholders.Business Development: Develop new business with existing clients and identify areas of improvement to meet sales quotas.Forecasting: Forecast and track key account metrics, including quarterly sales results and annual forecasts.Reporting: Prepare detailed reports on account status.Collaboration: Collaborate with presales and sales teams to identify and grow opportunities within the territory.Client Support: Assist with challenging client requests or issue escalations as needed.Qualifications & Skills:Experience: Over 6+ years of work experience in sales (IT Services) - B2B.Education: Graduates from Tier 1 institutions preferred.Communication & Influence: Strong ability to communicate, present, and influence key stakeholders at all levels of an organization, including executive and C-level.Client-Focused Solutions: Proven experience delivering client-focused solutions tailored to customer needs.Project Management: Ability to manage multiple account management projects simultaneously with sharp attention to detail.Interpersonal Skills: Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.Sales Skills: Proficiency in selling, influencing, negotiation, and presentation.Strategic Thinking: Ability to align strategic thinking with company goals, demonstrate knowledge management, and uphold accountability and responsibility.Salary & Perks:Best in the industry, based on experience and qualifications.
