Our Client - A leading Tech based Real Estate Firm is looking to hire a Head - HRBP & Talent Acquisiton for their Mumbai Office. The role oversees TA + BP responsibilities in the Western region (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and tier 2 cities).As an incumbent to this role, one would take care of the following duties:Talent Acquisition: This role is accountable to attract and select the best-in-class talent from our target industry segments. Establish and develop effective working relationships with all stakeholders. Develop and implement ideas for improving the talent acquisition process and outcomes; identify key sourcing channels; develop and implement creative sourcing strategies, effectively gathering research, making direct contact calls, networking, leveraging relevant social media and referrals from our people. Lead and own the Recruitment cycle which includes working closely with Senior Leadership, attracting and selecting appropriate talent, salary negotiations and on BoardingAccountable for effectively communicating the employer brand with potential talent and forging strong partnerships with the HR team, relevant stakeholders, and recruiters Taking initiatives in organizing recruitment drives and assisting in hiring resources for critical requirements Gather and Understand from the external market, best practices to further improve the recruitment processBusiness Partner: Align the local people initiatives with global business agenda as well as with cross business agenda within the region. Build a robust employee engagement strategy and drive implementation of the same. Support the design and execution of Reward & Recognition initiatives. Drive timely and fair Performance Management & Assessment. Development plans for key talent and corrective plans for low performers. Support the managers in appropriate career management of their team members. Partner in the process of Policy formation; and ensure implementation and adherence to the policies. Ensure appropriate documentation to safeguard against legal and reputational risks. Address Employee Relations matters with regular incident management, investigation.Opportunity to work with a leading Tech Real Estate Company|Opportunity to Head the HRBP + TA FunctionYears of Experience: 6-10 years of experience overseeing TA+BP responsibilities in the Western region (Mumbai, Pune, Ahmedabad, and tier 2 cities)Industry preference: A background in BFSI or a fast-growing organization is preferred. ( e.g Payu, Cred, Zomato, Razorpay, Ecom Startups, Org with FOS Sales Hiring )Ideal fit: Candidate with previous TA experience in sales recruitment & who are currently in BP role would work. Candidate outside of real estate space would also work.Education: MBA preferred but ok to consider non mba if good brand and expTravel: The role is based in Andheri East, so the candidate should reside within an hour's commute. There will be weekly travel to Thane and Navi Mumbai offices, quarterly visits to the Pune and Ahmedabad offices, and occasional travel every 3-6 months to tier 2 offices.Note : This is a transactionally heavy so need someone who has worked in such environment. This will be end to end Emp Life Cycle Role - PMS,EMP ENG, More on Execution policy. This will be for Sales Hiring - 3 to 7L - FOS. Should have slight Flexi on Multiple Transaction / Work Load.
