Job Description


Key Responsibilities/Tasks:

- Lead and strategize the end-to-end facility operations that include Facility Management, Project Management.

- Responsible for managing utilities, housekeeping, gardening, hospitality services, guest house management, ETP/STP & ZLD plant management, Event Management, Vendor Management and AMCs etc. at ARIP

- Lead, direct and build high performing team of professionals and project managers etc. working in Facility department. Guide and coach the team from time to time for better performance

- Plan, organize, schedule, and direct the design, maintenance, construction, renovation, and repair of organization\'s facilities and buildings

- Lead various infrastructure and facility related projects, evaluate completed work and check for conformance to specifications and budgets

- Prepare and monitor overall Facility related budget to achieve the cost efficiency and drive cost optimization projects as applicable.

- Devise and develop plans, policies, SOPs and programs that meet present and anticipated space and facility requirements, renovations, expansions

- Monitor and inspect all buildings and equipment to ensure that utility systems are fully operational and that preventive maintenance schedules are being followed.

- Ensure adherence to the legal and statutory compliances as applicable

- Maintenance and management of Utilities related Machines, DG Set etc.

- Ensuring Adherence to the Local State & Municipal rules & regulations.

- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders such as Govt. & legal authorities, business leaders, vendors and technical teams and overall employees to ensure alignment on goals, project priorities, and deliverables.

- Solve complex problems and develop customer specific solutions, considering stakeholders demands and requirements and make decisions independently.

- Drive implementation of strategic initiatives for implementation of best practices of the industry in are of Facility management.

Key requirements/Profile:

BE/B.Tech in Mechanical / Civil Engineering with 15-20 years of work experience in Facility management of which at least 5 years should be in leadership role, preferably heading the facility management, Projects of a Manufacturing Unit of repute. Exposure in driving and completion of Civil project will be an added advantage.

8. Awareness of best practices, new technology and tools in the gamut of facility management
