Maintenance of Electrics of coke oven batteries and its associated By-Product Plant and ensure targeted availability of Electrical equipment in these plants at optimum cost and in safe manner. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES: . Ensure Plant upkeep & availability of IEMequipments. . Ensure compliance with safety observation &immediate action on fatality potential observations. . Implementation of SMP and ensuring its compliance. . Drive Kaizens/SGA/Suggestions and ensure 100% employees involvement. . Planning and procurement of the spares. . Enhance employee skills by imparting training through skill gap analysis. . Implement recommendations of incident investigations . Predictive maintenance, Preventive &Breakdown maintenance. . Ensure compliance to process requirements/customer requirements or IEM-related requirements of the plant, to adopt &implement new technologies based on requirements. . People development through training, SGA, Kaizen etc . Ensure reliability of pollution control equipment Skills Must have knowledge of Motor & power system protection, Knowledge of PLC, DCS & Drives, instrumentation & process control. Must have knowledge of pollution control equipment. Other details Degree / Diploma or Equivalent in Electrical / Electronics / Instrumentation Engineering. Must have worked in the Integrated Electrical Maintenance (IEM) at any unit of the steel plant. Experience in maintaining Power transformers, HT & LT motors, VVVF drives, PLC/DCS, Instrumentation system etc.
