Job Description


The Head Customer Delight is responsible for driving customers experience and implementing strategies to enhance customer satisfaction.The Head - Customer Delight will be responsible for the following:

  • End to end ownership for Top B2B customer\'s service experience
  • Driving key customer KPIs (repeat , fault rate, MTTR, Raw SLA)
  • Interfacing customers and business teams for key customer escalations.
  • Driving MS partners effectively to ensure improvement in customer experience.
  • Cross Functional Coordination and end to end closure of service issues
  • Handling escalations for end customers and ensuring timely connect with them.
  • Ensuring NAM framework effectively
Work with an industry leader in telecommunication & Financial Services|Lead the customer delight team and work closely with leadershipA successful candidate should have the following:
  • 12+ years of overall experience in customer service
  • Experience in working directly with enterprises
  • Strong experience in transmission and transport optics
  • Should be open to Manesar location
