Job Description


Position: Corporate Sales HeadLocation: Bangalore, IndiaReports To: Chief Revenue OfficerJob Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet corporate sales objectives and expand market presence.
  • Establish and nurture relationships with major corporate clients including hospitality industry
  • Drive business development initiatives to identify new market opportunities and expand the client base.
  • Coordinate with product management and marketing teams to create tailored solutions and promotional campaigns.
  • Conduct regular market analysis to stay ahead of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Oversee the negotiation and closing of high-value sales contracts.
  • Ensure high standards of customer service and post-sales support.
RequirementsQualifications:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Sales, Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • At least 15 years of experience in corporate sales, with a minimum of 5 years in a senior leadership position, preferably in the kitchen appliances industry.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing sales strategies that drive growth.
  • Exceptional leadership and team management skills.
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to travel extensively for client meetings and industry events.
